Please upload your list of the individuals’ names in the exact order that you would like them to appear (e.g. alphabetically; or surname first followed by first name; or just first name etc) - ideally in pdf, jpg, xls, ppt or MS Word formats.
Please specify whether you require an individual’s full name to appear ONLY in 1 line and NOT over 2 lines (if they have double-barrelled surnames or multiple names). If so, please may we move that individual’s names to a different placement within the template to ensure a better fit?
